What is the Virtual Solar Plunge?

The Virtual Solar Plunge is a unique opportunity for individuals, organizations, and anyone to support persons with intellectual disabilities by running, walking or dancing into the refreshing waters at your local beach, pool, lake, river, kiddy pool, bathtub or any other body of water. A few hundred people are expected to plunge to support Special Olympics Ventura County. You can join them at this fun and inspiring event!
